What to Expect

Online Individual 
Therapy

Online individual therapy takes place through secure video sessions and offers the same depth, care, and professionalism as in-person work, while allowing you to engage from your own space. Sessions are collaborative and tailored to your needs, and you do not need to know exactly what to talk about to begin.

Early sessions focus on building safety, trust, and clarity about what brings you to therapy. Alongside conversation, online therapy may include gentle attention to emotional and bodily responses as they arise, helping you develop greater awareness and nervous system regulation in real time. Because you are in a familiar environment, many people find it easier to notice sensations, emotions, and patterns as they emerge.

Over time, online therapy supports deeper understanding of relational patterns, increased emotional regulation, and meaningful change. The pace of therapy is adjusted collaboratively and remains responsive to what feels most supportive for you. Online therapy is not about quick solutions, but about creating lasting shifts in how you relate to yourself and others.

Integrative Psychotherapy

Integrative psychotherapy addresses the whole person, not just the intellect or thinking brain. We co-create space to be with and process body sensations, memories, resources, emotions and your nervous systems and its’ responses to facilitate change. 

Our
Sessions

Typical sessions are 50 minutes every week. Sessions are tailored to your unique needs. Sometimes we will be working very structured with a specific goal and other times we will work more fluidly while integrating somatic tools. Virtual therapy is a safe alternative for people with busy and modern lifestyles who otherwise may not have access to quality mental health care. From the comfort of your home, you can join sessions on my secure Telehealth platform.
