Therapy
Online individual therapy takes place through secure video sessions and offers the same depth, care, and professionalism as in-person work, while allowing you to engage from your own space.
Sessions are collaborative, grounded, and depth-oriented.

Integrative Psychotherapy
Integrative psychotherapy addresses the whole person, not just the intellect or thinking brain. We co-create space to be with and process body sensations, memories, resources, emotions and your nervous systems and its’ responses to facilitate change.
Our
Sessions
Typical sessions are 50 minutes every week. Sessions are tailored to your unique needs. Sometimes we will be working very structured with a specific goal and other times we will work more fluidly while integrating somatic tools. Virtual therapy is a safe alternative for people with busy and modern lifestyles who otherwise may not have access to quality mental health care. From the comfort of your home, you can join sessions on my secure Telehealth platform.
